SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

The Blinwiz extends shipping services to all pin codes within India. Partnering with top-notch logistics providers, we ensure the professional handling and timely delivery of your products.

Order Dispatch

Orders from The Blinwiz are typically processed and dispatched within one working day. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details for your order. In the event of any delays in processing, we will promptly inform you and provide details about potential delays.

Order Tracking

Following the dispatch of your order, an email containing the Tracking URL and AWB number will be sent to you. Utilize the tracking URL to monitor the real-time status of your order.

Order Delivery

For India:

Our logistics partner aims to deliver shipments within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the dispatch date. While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues may cause delays. Kindly track your order using the details provided in the email sent to your registered ID.

Please note: To receive a package delivery within India, a 10-digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory, as our Logistics Partners follow an OTP-based delivery. Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery, beyond our control, incurring additional charges for package reshipment, borne by the customer.

International orders (Outside of India):

Packages undergo a series of checkpoints before reaching you, taking time but ensuring swift travel. Expect your package within 15 days from the order date. For any rare delays, email theblinwiz@gmail.com and we'll provide detailed information.

Shipping Charges

Shipping within India:

The Blinwiz offers free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. A shipping charge/cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India.

International Shipping:

Shipping charges for international orders are based on the product weight and are automatically added during checkout. Our shipping operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

All product prices and shipping charges exclude import duties. As the order recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales tax imposed by your country. Ensure timely payment of import duties to facilitate order receipt. Failure to do so may lead to customs-related issues or return to our warehouse. In such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded, and return charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We at The Blinwiz, take utmost care in selecting, procuring, handling and shipping our products to your doorsteps. To create memorable moments for you, we use the best quality materials in our jewellery pieces. But we understand there might be situations, where you decide to return or cancel your orders. So here is what you need to know.

Cancellation of your order:

Every order is generally fulfilled within 2 hours of order placement. Orders once placed on our website are only eligible for cancellation until they are shipped from our warehouse. Orders can only be cancelled if we get an order cancellation request emailed to us at theblinwiz@gmail.com, within 2 hours of placing the particular order.
For COD orders, we usually call you for order confirmation before shipping. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as refund-coupon-code after a 5% deduction of PG charges.


REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

Refund will be issued as a credit in the form of coupon code only. The coupon code is a one-time use code and cannot be applied again to any other order. The coupon code has a 1-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used any time within the 1 year period for your purchase. 


Applicable Deductions

Total of ₹250 towards the non-acceptance of prepaid orders will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order being shipped back to our warehouse. The balance amount will be shared in the form of a refund coupon code via email. No bank transfer/credit to source will be provided for packages undelivered & returned. 
Any refund coupon code of the previous order, if applied to a new order which is not accepted by you, will lead to expiry of the coupon code and cannot be used again. Please ensure COD / prepaid orders placed using coupon codes are accepted by you.
For any online prepaid transactions, where the amount is deducted from your card/wallet and the order confirmation is not received, please contact us before you place another order. We will confirm if your transaction was captured. In case of a new order placed before confirming with us, 5% towards the payment gateway charges will be deducted from the transaction amount before refund.
For orders where the shipping charges were waived off as part of any offer, ₹125 towards the shipping from our warehouse to the customer will be deducted while processing refund coupon codes. 
A customer, who has used a refund code to place an order, returns the order, will only be eligible for a maximum of 2 refund codes tracing back to the original order. 
Free shipping offer applied to orders placed with refund coupon codes will be deducted (charges worth ₹125) in case the customer has placed more than 2 orders using a refund coupon code.
TOKEN AMOUNT REFUND - Token amount cannot be refunded in case the Cash on delivery order is not accepted or is cancelled by the customer / returns back to our warehouse due to any reason. (₹250 as per standard deduction for the 'to & fro' journey of the package)
In case the token amount paid for the COD order is of more than ₹250, the excessive amount will be refunded in the form of a refund coupon code as per the policy and will be emailed to the customer. 

 

Eligibility

Damaged / used / products sent back to us, without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. The items can be sent back to you at an additional ₹125 shipping cost, or you may collect them in-person from our warehouse. 
Damaged or wrong items delivered to customer, which are not informed for returns within 24 hours / not received back by us within 5 days, are not eligible for returns. 
All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks and then only are shipped to customers. In case you feel that quality not meeting your expectation, no money refund will be given. 

 

Refund Time

Coupon code will be processed within 3 working days from the day we receive the returned products or the confirmation of cancellation of the orders. 
The coupon code issued as refund will only be applicable for use if you do not apply any other offer code while placing a new order. 
A customer cannot apply more than one coupon code while placing an order and hence orders that are placed using the refund coupon code will not be able to apply any offer coupon code.
For products received by customers in a damaged condition, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product or issue you a refund coupon code for the amount paid for the product. 
Money refund, in case there is any, will be made within 5 working days to the actual mode of payment.

 

Damaged Product Received: 

All our products go through a '3-Level-Quality Check' and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, it may happen that due to rough handling of the package during transit by the courier partner, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:

1) Inform us within 24 Hours: Create a video of unboxing your package, that clearly shows the issues you are facing. Write an email within 24 hours of receiving the package to our returns support team at theblinwiz@gmail.com and attach all the necessary proofs for faster resolution. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours. 

2) Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India): Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 24 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so we lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges. 

3) ResolutionOnce the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund coupon code worth the value of the product for your next purchase which will be valid for the next 1-year from the date of issuance. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund coupon code.
