Return & Exchange Policy

A) Yearly Maintenance

At The Blinwiz, we prioritise our customers’ satisfaction by offering a yearly maintenance service for your jewellery. This ensures your cherished pieces remain radiant and well-maintained over time.

1. Complimentary cleaning and inspection are available once a year to keep your jewellery in optimal condition.

2. The yearly maintenance facility becomes invalid if any third-party jeweller has performed work on the jewellery.

B) Exchange & Buyback Policy

1. Return of Product

   • All The Blinwiz, jewellery is handcrafted with care, which may result in slight variations from the images shown on our website. These differences in size, weight and dimensions are a natural part of the crafting process.

   • Products can be returned or exchanged at the prevailing market value, subject to deductions for making charges and taxes. The original solitaire certificate must accompany the return.

   • If products are shipped to us for exchange or buyback, a nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product value or the actual shipping cost, whichever is lower, will apply.

   • Returning the original certificate is mandatory. If the certificate is lost, an additional charge will be incurred for its replacement.

   • Jewellery altered by a third-party jeweller will not be accepted for returns or exchanges, and all associated benefits will be nullified.

   • The Blinwiz reserves the right to reassess the valuation of returned products based on a quality inspection.

   • A 5% processing fee will be applicable for product returns, along with deductions for payment and shipping charges.

   • Returns on in-stock orders made within 15 days are subject to a maximum deduction of 5%.

2. Lifetime Exchange/Upgrade Policy

   • Exchange or upgrade your jewellery at any time in the future.

   • Receive credit for 100% of the metal value and 90% of the diamond value, excluding making charges and taxes (up to a maximum of INR 3,00,000).

   • Damaged items or those missing stones or certificates will incur proportional deductions from the exchange value.

3. Buyback Policy

   • Customers can sell their jewellery back to The Blinwiz.

   • Receive 100% of the metal weight value at the prevailing market rate.

   • Diamonds will be valued at 80% of the current market price.

   • Any discounts given at the time of the original purchase will be deducted from the buyback amount (up to a maximum of INR 3,00,000).

4. Money-Back Policy for In-Stock Products

   • The money-back policy is not applicable for custom-made products.

   • Returns within 15 days of purchase are eligible for a refund, subject to a maximum value of INR 3,00,000.

   • Refunds are processed once The Blinwiz’s quality assurance team approves the product’s condition, original invoice, and product certificate.

   • Refunds are issued via online bank transfer within two weeks of receiving the product.

   • Products must be in unused condition and free from tampering or damage. Failure to meet these conditions will void eligibility for a return.
