- For items that will be in stock, shipping to metro cities typically takes 24-48 hours.

Surprise Gifting

Delivery and Identification
- For logistics and insurance purposes, we may request the recipient's identity proof. Our logistics partner will deliver the parcel only to the specified person(s).
- All shipments are insured during transit.
Damaged or Tampered Shipments
- In the rare event your shipment is tampered with or lost, report it to us immediately.
Returns and Rerouting
- We cannot reroute shipments once they are dispatched.
- A nominal shipping charge of 2% of the product value or the actual cost charged by the logistics partner (whichever is lower) will apply for returns.

- International shipments are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once delivered, the products are not serviceable.

- Customs duties are calculated based on the destination country's regulations and are payable by the customer.
